We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use, violation of these Terms or misuse of our platform.

For paid plans, services or subscriptions: You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. All fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically, unless canceled prior to renewal. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, software and designs on InnoTech are the exclusive property of InnoTech or it's licensors, including but not limited to: Source code, logos, branding, text, graphic images, AI models and automation scripts, Custom web designs and development tools. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or exploit any part of our intellectual property without written permission.
Clients who purchase custom work may receive limited usage rights as outlined in their service agreement.
7. User Content
If you upload or submit materials (any type of media), you: Retain ownership of your content, but grant InnoTech a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host and display it for the purpose of delivering services.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate laws.
8. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use InnoTech to: Engage in illegal, abusive or fraudulent activity, Upload viruses, malware or malicious code, Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, Interfere with the security or performance of our services, Use our platform for spam, phishing or harmful automation.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
9. Service Availability
We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime. We are not liable for: Downtime or service interruptions, Data loss due to system failure, maintenance or updates.
We recommend users back up their project files and important data.
10. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Some services, such as AI content generation, automation or analytics, are powered by artificial intelligence tools. While we aim for high accuracy, you acknowledge that: AI outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies or bias.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before public use.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: InnoTech and it's affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless InnoTech, it's officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages or expenses arising from: Your use of our services, your content or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to InnoTech at any time, with or without cause and without liability.
Upon termination: Your right to use the services ceases immediately and we may delete your account and data as permitted by law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to it's conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts that belong to the territory of North Macedonia.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
